we had a great stay at the quest, enjoying the modern amenities and spacious room that felt more like an apartment. the location was perfect for us, being close to the airport and a quick walk to convenient shops, which made our morning easy. the friendly front desk staff were always available to answer our questions about local attractions. we appreciated the washer and dryer, allowing us to freshen up our clothes after a long hike before hitting the road.

fairly clean place with pleasant view of mountains and bus and airport across the road. fantastic incredible location, in the remarkables ski area. also - very close to food stores, restaurants and a nature trail that went beside the river into queenstown, grocery store and very close to the airport / rental car workshops / supermarkets. really comfortable stay, as always.

I had a great stay over New Year! The location was super convenient, just a quick drive from the airport and only about 15 minutes to the city center. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, plus a cozy vibe that made it feel like home. Having a washing machine in the room was a fantastic bonus, and the staff were really friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
There were a few hiccups. One morning, there was no hot water, but the staff quickly handled it. We also had a mix-up with housekeeping not cleaning our room one day, but they were accommodating in providing fresh towels. a solid stay despite these minor issues!

The kids loved the nearby Remarkables ski area, and having three dogs didn't bother anyone. Plus, the kitchen was well-stocked for family meals, a big win for us.
My kids wished there were more play areas available.

I had a miserable experience trying to check in late at night. I felt really frustrated; it shouldn't be that hard to get a room!

I almost thought about giving a good review but then i remembered the terrible check-in. Talking to a camera in the cold is not my idea of hospitality! And don't get me started on the unreliable water temperature, it fluctuated like my patience. I expected at least a warm welcome gift, but i guess that's too much to ask. Absoluetly unthinkable!

The King Studio was impeccably clean and featured cozy under-floor bathroom heating, making it a delight during the cold nights.
The parking situation was a bit challenging, with limited spaces available, especially if you arrive late.

Love this hotel. Definitely will return if I am in Queenstown.
I had issues with the room's water temperature control, where it fluctuated from hot to cold unexpectedly, downright uncomfortable. The air conditioning was another problem. It was set too cold for a restful night. The parking situation was limited. We managed to find spots daily, but this might be challenging .

A hidden gem at Remarkables Park
The King Studio offered me a sumptuous retreat with cozy under-floor bathroom heating. Proximity to the shopping mall and airport made everything convenient and good.
Parking was a bit limited, especially for late arrivals. I had to circle around to find a spot, which could be stressful.

Couples looking for peaceful retreat
The location was fantastic , quiet and away from the tourist crowd. The staff was super nice, they even gave us a great rundown of the facilities and stuff to do nearby.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive , but you know what? It was worth it.

I really enjoyed my stay! The King Studio wasnice and neat, and I loved relaxing in the hot tub after a long day. The TV could be a bit bigger, but it didn't take away from the overall experience-definitely check out the nearby shops for some fun souvenirs 😊
